SHIPPING:

Plants are shipped by United States Postal Service PRIORITY MAIL or Federal Express - your choice, in pots or mounted (unless you request bare root) and usually arrive 2nd Day in the Lower 48 states. Shipments to CA, AZ and HI require a Phytosanitary Certificate ($15.00 extra). Hawaiian orders must provide an Import Certificate Number. If shipping by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, insurance is extra. It is $1.35 up to $50.00, $2.30 up to $100.00, $3.35 up to $200.00, $4.40 up to $300.00, $5.45 up to $400.00, and $6.50 up to $500.00. We ship our packages on Tuesday and Wednesday of every week.

Canadian & Overseas shipping to be arranged - call or email for details. Extra charges apply for required certification, such as CITES. On export orders, plants cannot be guaranteed to arrive safely due to delays, risks and regulations beyond our control.

ORDERING:

There is no minimum order. You may order by phone (727/235-3291), by FAX 727/345-5548 (phone this number first to let us know you are faxing), by using our online website, email or by US postal mail. We accept MasterCard, VISA, PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account), personal checks (with 5 business days to clear), and Money Orders. We do not charge your credit card until your order is shipped. We will not substitute for a sold-out item unless you give permission to do so. Plants are blooming-sized unless otherwise noted. Florida residents also must include 7% Sales Tax.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

This catalog supersedes and cancels all previous offers and catalogs. All items offered herein are subject to prior sale, and offers may be withdrawn without prior written notice. Prices of items in this catalog are subject to change without prior written notice. We make every attempt to ensure that plants are disease and pest-free and labeled correctly, but in any event our liability is limited to the purchase price of the plant involved. Orders are shipped in the order they are received and quantities of some items may be limited, so order early to avoid disappointment. Plants are shipped in a timely manner, unless weather prevents safe delivery. We will insulate your shipment for winter delivery for a nominal fee based on materials used, such as heat packs, etc. Customer assumes all responsibility for winter shipments. Rozanski Orchid House assumes no responsibility for cold damage. We also cannot be responsible for bud or bloom damage. If severe handling damage is involved, phone Federal Express office (if shipped by them) for a claim inspection report, or the U.S. Postal Service if it was shipped by Priority Mail AND insured. Return the plants to us for credit or money back within 14 days of receiving them (postage paid by us both ways). If not pleased with your order, also return them within 14 days (postage paid by us), and we can replace them or refund your money and shipping charges. Please contact us before returning plants.
